What buyers ask before a first order.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Samples from running production are free. Article-exact samples in your own size, weight and colour are made once the order is confirmed.
How do you quote prices?
Per piece in USD or EUR, FOB Karachi, valid for 30 days. CFR and CIF prices on request.
Which certifications do you hold?
Our certifications and audits cover OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, GOTS, BCI, Sedex and amfori BSCI. Tell us which your programme requires and we will send the current certificate or audit report with your quotation.
Is there import duty on Pakistani towels in the EU?
Towels of Pakistani origin currently enter the EU duty-free under the GSP+ scheme (HS 6302.60). We issue the origin documents your customs broker needs.
Can you make our own sizes, weights and colours?
Yes. Everything is made to order. Send your specification or a sample towel and we will match it.
Do you offer private label?
Yes. We sew in your woven or printed labels and pack with your hang tags, belly bands, barcodes and cartons.
Which ports do you ship from?
Karachi and Port Qasim, by full container or LCL. Samples and documents travel by courier.
Can we visit the mill?
Yes. Buyers and their inspectors are welcome in New Karachi. Tell us your dates and we will arrange the visit.
