Quality and compliance

Quality here means one thing: the towels you receive match the sample you approved in weight, size, shade and hand-feel.

What we check, and when

Sewing a red trim onto white waffle fabric
Yarn
Weighed and tested on receipt
Weight
Grams per square metre and weight per dozen, on the loom and after finishing
Size
Length and width after finishing, against the agreed tolerance
Shade
Against the approved lab dip, lot by lot
Appearance
Every towel on a lighted table for weaving faults, stains and pulled loops
Stitching and labels
Hems, label position and care-label content
Packing
Fold, piece count, barcode and carton marks against your packing instruction

Tolerances for weight, size and shade are agreed in writing with each order. If your programme names a test standard for absorbency, shrinkage or colour fastness, we test to it, and third-party lab reports can be arranged before shipment.
