This website is run by Al Rahim Towel, Plot P-411, Sector 16-B, New Karachi, Karachi, Pakistan. For any question about your data, write to sales@alrahimtowel.com.pk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the form: your name, company, email address, country, phone number and the content of your message. Our web server also keeps standard access logs, including IP address and browser type, for security.
Why we use it
We use your details only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations and carry out any order that follows. For visitors in the EU and the UK, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and loads no third-party trackers.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is read by our sales staff. Our mill is in Pakistan, so your enquiry is processed there. It is stored with our email and hosting providers. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any business relationship that follows, and delete them on request.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, or for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to sales@alrahimtowel.com.pk. If you are in the EU or the UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority.
